Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. If you are unable to make your appointment or anticipate a late arrival, please let us know as soon as possible.

• All bookings will require a card on file.

• Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance. Once the 24 hour period passes, a 30% late cancellation fee will occur.

• No-call, no-shows will incur a 50% fee of service price.

• A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed per appointment. Please note that late arrivals may interfere with the allotted service time. For example, if a client arrives 5 minutes late for a 60-minute facial service, the service time is reduced to 55 minutes.

• After 15 minutes, Masque’d Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to “no show” and any reservation deposits will be forfeited.

Voucher/Pre-Paid Series Policy

• Vouchers (including, but not limited to: gift certificates, pre-paid services, series packages, etc.) purchased through our online booking system will be honored specific to the original purchased service.

• In cases where services are not rendered, the voucher may be used as an equivalent dollar value to any other service provided by Masque’d Beauty Studio.

• Cash redemption is not permitted.
